  • Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and comfortable.
  • Flat tee check: lay a T-shirt flat and measure armpit to armpit, then double that number for an approximate chest measurement.
  • Shoulder: measure from shoulder seam to shoulder seam across the back of a tee you already like.
  • Length: measure from the highest shoulder point down to the hem.
