These Terms of Service govern your use of the So Called Clothing online store and any order placed through it. By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any right that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer law.

1. About this store

So Called Clothing is operated as a sole proprietorship owned by Aakash Bhardwaj and sells men's graphic T-shirts through this Shopify store. Our public business correspondence address is Third Floor, Mr. Balraj Singh Lohiya House No. 170, KH No. 393, G/F, L/S, Vill. Ghitorni, Near 100 Feet Road, New Delhi 110030, India.

2. Using the store

You must provide accurate information when placing an order and must not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity. You are responsible for keeping your account and checkout information secure. Never send us passwords, one-time passwords, or full card details by email, WhatsApp, or the contact form.

3. Products and images

We try to present product titles, prices, colours, sizes, artwork placement, images, and availability accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. Review the available product images, selected colour, selected size, price, shipping charge, and final order total before payment.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Product availability comes from Shopify inventory and can change before an order is completed. A product placed in a bag is not reserved until the order is successfully submitted. We may correct an obvious pricing, description, or inventory error before dispatch and will contact you if that affects an order.

5. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or dispatch. We may cancel or limit an order where inventory is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, order information appears incorrect, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If we cancel a paid order, the approved refund is returned using the applicable payment process.

6. Payments

Available payment methods are shown during Shopify Checkout. Payments may be processed by Shopify and an enabled payment provider. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply. We do not ask customers to share passwords, one-time passwords, or complete card information outside the secure checkout.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping availability, charges, address corrections, tracking, delays, and delivery support are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Return eligibility, the return window, item conditions, exchanges, refund methods, and refund timing are described in our Refund Policy. Request approval before sending any return to the business address.

9. Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if an order detail needs to be corrected or if you want to request cancellation. Changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or courier handoff.

10. Intellectual property

The So Called Clothing name, logos, product artwork, photographs, text, graphics, and store design are owned by or licensed to So Called Clothing unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, or used commercially without written permission or another lawful basis.

11. Third-party services and links

The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, couriers, social platforms, or other third parties. We are not responsible for a third party's independent website or service, and its own terms and privacy policy may apply.

How personal information is collected, used, shared, and protected is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Service availability and liability

We work to keep the store accurate and available, but access can occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, network failures, Shopify services, or events outside our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, So Called Clothing is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of the store. This section does not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our store, services, or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date. The terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order, subject to applicable law.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts or consumer authorities that have jurisdiction under applicable law. Customers may also use remedies available under Indian consumer law.
