Shipping availability

So Called Clothing currently accepts shipping addresses in India only. A shipping option must be available for the address entered at checkout before an order can proceed.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is ₹79 for orders below ₹1,499 after discounts. Standard shipping is free for orders of ₹1,499 or more after discounts. The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before an order is placed.

Order and tracking updates

We use the email address and phone number provided at checkout for order-related communication. When a tracking number is assigned, the shipment details are available through the Shopify order-status page and applicable order notifications.

Address changes

If you need to correct a shipping address, contact us as soon as possible and before the order is dispatched. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or carrier handoff.

Delays or delivery issues

For a delayed parcel, an incorrect delivery status, or another shipping issue, contact support@socalledclothing.com with your order ID and delivery details. Do not send payment information or identity documents by email.
